I’m a UK-based contemporary artist working exploring sensory experience, memory, and movement.
Exploring Embodied Experience, supported by a CuratorSpace Artists Bursary and SANE Creative Award, draws on themes of trauma, the body, and EMDR. This project builds on my earlier Arts Council England DYCP project, ProPriOception, which explored movement and the psychological impact of elite gymnastics based on lived experience.
I collaborate with artists and organisations including Tanya Raabe-Webber, King Street Arts CIC, Outside In, Lancaster Canal Regeneration Partnership, and Kendal Town Council.
Workshops & Collaboration
I work collaboratively with community groups, artists, and organisations to deliver inclusive, engaging workshops and creative projects. My facilitation is grounded in lived experience, a trauma-informed approach, and a commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for expression.
Ihold a Level 3 Award in Adult Education and Training, and adapt my sessions to meet a wide range of access needs. My focus is on encouraging participants to engage in process-based activities – exploring and experimenting with materials and methods to discover their own creative style.
I’ve collaborated with Tanya Raabe-Webber on ACE-funded projects Express Art, and Collaborative Sketchbooks. I’ve partnered with King Street Arts CIC (Lancaster) supporting their Acrylic Painting for Wellbeing course. I’ve facilitated creative workshops for Outside In, held a supporting role on a 10 week Step Up Programme, and I’m proud to be an Outside In Ambassador, supporting artists who face barriers to the art world.

Current Projects
My current body of work, Exploring Embodied Experience, is supported by a CuratorSpace Artist Bursary and a SANE Creative Award. The work draws on sensory imagery and emotional responses evoked during EMDR therapy, continuing themes first explored in my 2022 Arts Council England DYCP project ProPriOception.
Both projects explore the body, movement, trauma and healing – drawing on lived experience in elite gymnastics, and expanding into mark-making techniques and embodied drawing processes.
I’m currently developing a new series of mixed media work and planning a solo exhibition in 2026/26.
